In the past year, I’ve experienced and witnessed more #snarky actions than I can remember since my #highscool days.
It’s not always easy to be #kind or #patient. #Loving each other is definitely easier said than done. Too many people #fear #confrontation, which leads to a muddy ripple effect of #miscommunication.
#Discrediting or trying to take away from someone isn’t the way to fill yourself up. #ew
Just because someone may be #successful, doesn’t mean they #cheated to get there. #Honesty and #hardwork is real.
Just because someone #physically looks good or acts #cheerful, doesn’t mean they aren’t #smart or have an #eating, #mental, or #emotional #disorder. Some people work #extra to #represent #healthy and #happy.
Just because we don’t #understand someone’s #actions or #decisions, doesn’t mean we need to #criticize or #judge them to feel like we figured them out. We don’t need to #knockdown others to feel better. #Expecting and #assuming nearly always lead to a #wrongturn.
#Gossiping and spreading #personal things about others might make you a temporary #popular source of information but doesn’t gain #trust #respect or real #friends in the #longterm. Face your own #insecurities instead of aiming the #spotlight on others.
Turning a person or group of people against another and picking on them or trying to make them feel #bad or #leftout is a form of #bullying, no matter what #age you are. #stopbullying
#SocialMedia doesn’t mean you really know a person and doesn’t always result in a real #friendship. If not careful, social media will deflate you. It’s not #healthy to take it so #personal. #controlwhatyousee
